The defendant has moved to dismiss the bill on various grounds, the one pressed the hardest being on misjoinder of causes of action, and in the alternative has moved to strike out several allegations in the bill.

The bill is by three plaintiffs, two of them depositors in the City National Bank in Miami, Florida, and the third the president of a corporation which was a depositor. It is brought by the plaintiffs in their own behalf...
