In July, 1932, Hookless Fastener Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, filed a complaint with the United States Tariff Commission under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 USCA § 1337), setting forth that it was engaged in the manufacture and sale of slide hookless fasteners. The complaint alleged that it was operating as the assignee of nine patents, numbered as follows:
