The Superior Court of Pennsylvania affirmed (as modified) an order of the Public Service Commission of that State prescribing a tariff of tolls to be charged on the bridge of the Clark's Ferry Bridge Company over the Susquehanna River, 108 Pa.Super. 49; 165 Atl. 261. The Company brings this appeal.
