W. L. Blanks died intestate in Arkansas leaving certain land located in that state as part of his estate. An administratrix was appointed by the proper probate court of that state, on April 10, 1925. The Hamburg bank presented claims against the estate to the administratrix, and such were allowed by her during the above year. Sometime afterwards, the heirs at law (the administratrix not joining as such) conveyed this real estate to a corporation...
