This appeal is from an order directing one Murnighan, a receiver appointed by the Circuit Court of Cook County, to turn over and surrender to the jurisdiction of the Federal court, the real estate belonging to said debtors and to pay over to the clerk of said court, all moneys in said receiver's possession.
