This is a petition for review of a decision of the Board of Tax Appeals. The petitioner was a shareholder of the Miehle Printing Press & Manufacturing Company, an Illinois corporation, which had an authorized and issued capital stock of 75,000 shares of no par value. It acquired all of the capital stock of Stonebridge, Inc., also an Illinois corporation, which had an authorized and issued capital stock of 300,000 shares of no par value...
