This suit is on fire insurance policies on account of fire damage to furniture sustained in a fire in plaintiff's residence, March 19, 1932. The defenses were arson, and fraudulent and false swearing in the proofs of loss and in the suit. There is a counterclaim to recover back moneys the company had paid Eastham on account of damage to his house from the same fire, and damage he had sustained in a fire in his residence just a year before...
