This is an appeal from a judgment denying a writ of habeas corpus to release appellant from the Federal Penitentiary at Atlanta, Ga.

While the record is unsatisfactory, it sufficiently appears therefrom that appellant pleaded guilty to an indictment returned in the Middle District of Tennessee charging unlawful transportation of a motor vehicle in interstate commerce and, on December 5, 1930...
