This suit was instituted by the plaintiff to establish a trust as against the failed People's-Ticonic National Bank of Waterville, and to secure priority of payment from the assets in the hands of the receiver.

I find the pertinent facts to be as follows: Prior to February 10, 1933, the plaintiff, in connection with its well-known charitable and benevolent activities, had received a gift of $30,000, which was in the form of a check...
