At a term of this court, which was held at Bluefield beginning on the 20th day of June, 1933, an indictment was returned by the grand jury at such term against one William Mullens, and also an indictment was returned by the grand jury at such term against one William R. Albert. Each was tried and convicted by a jury, and each was sentenced to a term in the federal prison, and on the 22d and 23d days of June, 1933, respectively, the court...
