Little, who was adjudged bankrupt on March 29, 1932, on an involuntary petition filed on March 14, 1932, filed a bill in equity against the appellant, Wofford Oil Company of Georgia, to recover the sum of $7,800 paid by the bankrupt to the appellant on November 28, 1931, to recover the alleged value of described personal property transferred by the bankrupt to the appellant on March 9, 1932, and to set aside...
