Appellant, Estelle E. Tschudi, as beneficiary, brought suit on two policies of insurance issued by appellee upon the life of her husband, Robert Tschudi. She sues to recover upon the usual double indemnity portion of said policies for the accidental death of the insured on or about the 27th day of August, 1932.
