In No. 4527 the plaintiff, a New York corporation, brings this action as a replevin action against the defendant, an Oklahoma corporation, alleging that it is the owner of, and entitled to the immediate possession of, certain goods, chattels, and mechanical devices, to wit, a certain electrical sound projector and reproducing equipment known as type 2 — S equipment of the value of $6,600; that the plaintiff is the owner of said property...
