On December 22, 1927, an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against A. B. Claudon, and on December 31, 1927, a subpoena, together with a copy of the involuntary petition, was served upon Mrs. A. B. Claudon, wife of the alleged bankrupt, at the home of N. J. Claudon, a son of the alleged bankrupt, who now appears in this proceeding as administrator of the estate of the alleged bankrupt.
