The Long Island Railroad Company filed a libel against the steam tug Transfer No. 18, belonging to the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Company, to recover damages caused by the collision of the New Haven's float, which was in tow of Transfer No. 18, with libelant's Car Float No. 16.
