This cause comes to this court by pleas to the jurisdiction of the court, filed by the defendant Samuel Insull, and demurrers to the pleas by the government.

It is contended by the pleas to the jurisdiction that the defendant Insull ought not to plead to the indictments because he was illegally and unlawfully brought to this jurisdiction. Among other things, in his pleas, the defendant alleges that in March, 1934, he sailed from Greece...
