On August 20, 1924, the Columbian National Life Insurance Company issued a $5,000 policy of life insurance to Harry T. Fowler, payable, upon receipt of due proof of death, to his representatives or assigns. The policy was a Missouri contract. Premiums were payable August 20th of each year. Lauretta J.
