This case comes here on certiorari to review a judgment of the Supreme Court of North Dakota involving the application of certain provisions of the Bankruptcy Act. The respondent, a creditor of petitioner Connell, brought suit in the District Court of Ramsey County, North Dakota, to set aside, as in fraud of creditors, a conveyance by Connell to the other petitioners of land located in the state.
