Appellee filed its bill in equity to rescind for fraud the reinstatement of a policy of life insurance. A jury trial was had, but at the close of the evidence, upon motion of appellee for a decree in its behalf, and a similar motion on the part of appellant for a decree in behalf of herself, the court discharged the jury and rendered a decree in favor of appellee, holding the reinstatement void and enjoining appellant from prosecuting any action...
