The Producers' National Bank of Tulsa, Okl., suspended business on July 14, 1930. The Comptroller of the Currency took charge of its assets on July 27th thereafter, and appointed a receiver for the purpose of liquidating them. Defendant owned thirty-five shares of capital stock in the bank.
