Appellant, Henry H. Taylor, as receiver of the City Trust Company, brought suit in equity in a state court against H. J. Spurway, receiver of the City National Bank in Miami, the Administrator Company, a corporation, Morgan S. McCormick, and 11 other named individuals. The suit was removed to the federal court.
