Jose Mayola was found guilty of conspiracy to counterfeit $10 gold certificates of the United States. There were twelve counts in the indictment and verdict of not guilty was returned on all but the conspiracy count. From the judgment and sentence entered thereon Mayola appeals. Also named as defendants were Albert A. Armstrong and Edward A. Campbell. The evidence connected one Herbert L. Walkup with the conspiracy. He committed suicide before...
