This is a suit on $10,000 war risk insurance policy issued to William P. McShane, brought by his administrator and his mother, the latter named as beneficiary in the policy. He was received and enrolled August 2, 1918, as a soldier on his application. At that time his age was eighteen years and one month. His occupation at that time was high school student. His complexion was ruddy, his height five feet nine inches. He had had no illness or disease...
