This is a war risk insurance case, and the only error assigned requiring consideration is the court's denial of a motion for a directed verdict for the appellant made at the conclusion of the evidence. The motion challenged the sufficiency of the proofs to raise an issue for the jury as to the plaintiff's becoming totally and permanently disabled during the life of the insurance contract.
