Five claims stand allowed; one of these apparently being allowed by the Examiner and four by the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office, the Examiner's decision as to these four being reversed by the latter tribunal. The Board affirmed the Examiner's rejection of claims 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 14, and appellant...
