This is an appeal from a conviction for violation of the National Prohibition Act (27 USCA) by manufacturing whisky.

While several assignments of error are made and presented here, they all depend upon one matter. That matter is the action of the court in denying a motion to suppress certain evidence claimed to have been secured by an unlawful search and seizure.
