Wallach Bros. was a New York corporation organized in 1904. Under that name, it carried on a retail clothing business with several stores in New York City from the year above mentioned until it became involved in financial difficulties in 1932, caused its name to be changed to Eastern Palliament Corporation, filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy in the District Court for the Southern District of New York on August 31, 1932, and was adjudicated...
