This is an action to recover on a contract of war risk insurance. The pleadings are in conventional form. The action was tried to the court without a jury, and, after hearing all the testimony, the court made findings of fact and conclusions of law in favor of the defendant, and thereupon entered judgment dismissing the action on its merits.
