This is an appeal in a trade-mark opposition proceeding in which the Commissioner of Patents sustained the opposition of appellee and rejected appellant's application for the registration, under the Trade-Mark Act of February 20, 1905 (15 USCA § 81 et seq.), of the notation "Wix" as a trade-mark for cigarettes, thus overruling the decision of the Examiner of Interferences which dismissed the opposition and granted appellant's application...
