At about 11:45 o'clock on the morning of August 31, 1931, on Main street, in the city of Houston, while alighting from a public bus, Robert Levine, an employee of W. D. Haden & Co., was knocked down by a passing automobile and killed. As an employee of Haden & Co., Levine was covered, by the workmen's compensation policy that company had written with appellant, as to all injuries sustained by him "in the course of his employment"...
