Plaintiffs, who are private contract carriers by automobile truck in the state of Kentucky, assert the unconstitutionality of the Act of the General Assembly of Kentucky, approved March 17, 1932 (chapter 104, Acts of 1932, p. 514 et seq.), regulating transportation for hire of property by motor vehicles on the public highways of that state.
