Morris Wolff, the petitioner below, moved for an order directing the trustee in bankruptcy to turn over to him the proceeds of certain enumerated property and accounts to which he claimed he was entitled by virtue of a chattel mortgage and an assignment of accounts receivable executed by the now bankrupt corporation.
