This is a petition for review of the action of the Board of Tax Appeals in its redetermination of petitioner's income taxes for the years 1922, 1923 and 1924. Revenue Act 1921 (42 Stat. 227) and Revenue Act 1924 (43 Stat. 253). Aside from petitioner's service in the Army he seems to have had no trade or business until after honorable discharge in 1920.
