The purpose of plaintiff's bill is to obtain an injunction against the defendant's use of residue gas, as well as an accounting for residue gas used by defendant. Plaintiff is the gas lessee in gas leases covering and affecting lands allotted to members of the Osage Tribe of Indians. The lands are commonly referred to as the Osage Nation. The defendant, Carter Oil Company, is the oil lessee of oil leases covering fourteen tracts...
