An involuntary petition was filed against the partners on June 19, 1930; a corporate receiver was appointed on the same day, but they were never adjudicated. They filed schedules on April 17, 1931, in which the claim in suit appeared at $80,900, and on July 10, 1931, two of the partners made an offer of composition, which...
