Findings of Fact.

The court finds the following facts:

1. The Velma Brooks was a wooden power boat 75 feet long, 19 feet beam, 5 feet depth of hold, built 1900, equipped with 75 horse power Diesel engine installed 1930. The boat was owned by W. C. Townsend.

2. On morning of June 28, 1931, the Brooks was proceeding from Baltimore to Remick, Va., under power with a sail rigged on her forward mast in front of the pilot house obstructing vision from...
