Contending that depository bonds executed by the First National Bank of Greenwood as principal, and the appellees, surety companies, as sureties, obligated the sureties to indemnify Leflore county against loss on account of funds deposited in the bank to the credit of the sheriff and tax collector, as well as those deposited in various county accounts to the credit of the county, and that subrogation assignments which the sureties had taken...
