In June, 1922, the failed Planters' Bank, a state bank, transferred to the Planters' National Bank for their fair value, its banking house and fixtures. On December 31, 1930, appellants, judgment creditors of the failed bank, brought this suit in the chancery court of Coahoma county, Miss., whence it was removed to the federal court, to declare this transfer fraudulent as to them, and to subject the property to the payment of their judgment...
