In this war risk insurance case, the jury found specially that the appellant was permanently and totally disabled on or prior to June 30, 1919, when his insurance contract lapsed for nonpayment of premiums. The jury then returned an alternative verdict for the plaintiff. On motion, the court set aside the verdict and entered judgment for the defendant.
