Out of a welter of cross-pleadings in equity emerges the controlling question whether appellants can still assert overriding royalty rights reserved in transferring an oil and gas lease made by the guardian of three minors, now that the minors have become 21 years of age. The District Court held that the lease ended as to each ward at his majority, and thereupon the royalties arising on that ward's interest...
