This suit is before me on final hearing and for decree. The relief sought is the removal of a cloud on plaintiffs' title to sixteen interest-bearing bonds for $1,000 each, amounting in all to $16,000, dated December 1, 1929, and due $5,000 December 1, 1945; $5,000 December 1, 1946; and $6,000 December 1, 1947, issued and sold by defendant December 30, 1929, to Magnus & Co. of Cincinnati, Ohio, for $16,026.27, principal and...
