That concern had taken out two policies of group life insurance with the defendant insurance company; one, a gratuity between itself and its employees, was a non-contributory policy, that is, a policy whereunder the premiums were paid by the Screw & Bolt Corporation wholly from its own funds; the other, a contributory policy, whereunder...
