This is an appeal under section 25 of the Bankruptcy Act (11 USCA § 48) from an adjudication of bankruptcy by the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine.

Upon the petition of three creditors the appellant was adjudged an involuntary bankrupt. The act of bankruptcy alleged was an assignment for the benefit of the bankrupt's creditors.
