This is a proceeding brought by Howe & Rogers Company, one of the creditors of the bankrupt, to establish an equitable lien on moneys in the hands of the trustee in bankruptcy. These moneys constitute the entire estate in the hands of the trustee, and are the proceeds of the sale of furniture located in two apartment houses owned by the bankrupt about the time of the bankruptcy.
