Foshay Company, a Delaware corporation, in the District Court of the United States for the District of Minnesota, a receiver of the assets of said company was appointed, and in the same court and on the same date, in a similar suit brought against appellee Public Utilities Consolidated Corporation, a receiver of the assets of that company was likewise appointed...
