This action is before me for judgment. It is a war risk insurance case; a jury has been waived, and I have heard the evidence. The plaintiff was the mother of the veteran, who died March 14, 1923, and was the beneficiary in the policy. He enlisted May 29, 1918, and was discharged August 5, 1919.
