The fishing boat Western Enterprise, Yonejiro Nakasuji, master and part owner, on March 4, 1931, cleared from the port of San Pedro, Cal., for Ensenada, Mexico, proceeding in ballast. At Ensenada on March 5th the master signed on as additional members of his crew five Japanese aliens whose presence has given rise to this litigation.
