The plaintiff brings this action to recover judgment in the sum of $8,868, which sum represents a balance of freight charges claimed to be due under its tariffs for the transportation of numerous shipments of a product sold under the trade-name of "Ry-Krisp." Defendant paid plaintiff the charges fixed by the tariff for the transportation of "cooked cereal food preparations," and the amount claimed here is the difference between the tariff...
