This is a suit brought by the beneficiary to recover war risk insurance of $10,000, issued to Leon N. Carpenter, who enlisted in the Navy in 1917, and who, in April, 1918, was transferred to the U. S. S. Conyngham. He was last seen on December 6, 1918.
