The damage in suit is alleged to have been caused by swells from the steamship Andania in the St. Lawrence river just west of Quebec. On October 26, 1928, at about 7 p. m., the Emma T. Grimes, which was a Northern Canal type of boat, was moored on the west side of the Gravell Dock on the south side of the river and a short distance west of Quebec. She had lain there for several days and at the time in question was partially loaded...
